We all know someone special -- someone we admire, respect and love. These relationships are priceless and a gift in honor, memory or tribute to the persons who make them possible are gratifying indeed.
Memorials, tribute and honor gifts are unique ways to express your feelings, showing that you care in a way that will provide a lasting tribute -- and providing a gift that will outlast any material possession.
Your gifts help to strengthen our community Hospital by funding projects, programs and technology that would otherwise not be possible for our organization. As with all gifts to our Foundation, you may direct your tribute gift to any area you choose.
Memorials -- To Express More Than Sympathy
More and more in our region, friends, family members and associates of bereaved persons are choosing to express respect and condolences in more enduring ways than cards and flowers. They are making gift memorials that offer consolation and a lasting tribute to the family and reverence for the deceased.
Honor Gifts -- To Express Thanks, Congratulations, or Celebrate a Holiday
So many of us have all of the material things we need -- and more. And it gets harder each year to find just the right gift for that someone special. Why not consider a gift to Charlevoix Area Hospital Foundation for such occasions?
An Honor/Tribute Gift can be used to say, "Get Well," "Happy Birthday," "Happy Anniversary," "Happy Holiday" or for any other special day or event in someone's life.
To make a Memorial or Honor Gift, simply call the Foundation Office and we will send you a special envelope, or you may make a contribution online by clicking on the "Make a Donation" button on any page of this site. To facilitate your giving, we are pleased to handle all arrangements over the phone or via mail or email. We will send an appropriate notification letter of your gift to the person honored or to the family of the deceased in the case of a memorial gift. The gift amount will not be divulged. You will also receive an acknowledgment that will serve as your receipt for tax purposes.
