Gifts of $100 - $999 made on an annual Basis

Gifts of $10,000 to $24,999 cumulative
Great Lakes Society
Gifts of $25,000 - $49,999 cumulative
Maritime Society
Gifts of $50,000 - $99,999 cumulative
Admirals Club
Gifts of $100,000 and over cumulative
Heritage Circle
Planned Gifts (wills, life insurance, annuities, etc.)
Donors who reach $10,000 and more cumulatively will be permanently recognized on our Donor Wall in the Hospital Lobby. In addition, all donors are invited to an annual donor recognition reception and receive our Newsletter three times annually. Donors receive advanced notification of our special events and activities at the Hospital and are included in all important notices of the Hospital.
Friends of Charlevoix Area Hospital Foundation
For an annual gift of $500 or more, donors will be inducted into our Friend of the Hospital program and provided with the opportunity to "pre-register" for Hospital services to speed the admissions and registration process. Please call or email our office if you are interested in this program.
